Green Smoothie Recipe for Winter
Disclosure: I may receive commissions for purchases made through links on this page at no extra cost to you.
In the winter time when it's cold and frosty you can create gorgeous
warming smoothies that really hit the spot. Try adding ginger and lime
to your favourite green smoothies to give them some extra zing.
Tip: To warm your smoothie slightly let you blender run for
longer usually. Its blades will get hot with the friction and warm your
smoothie. The higher the power of your blender the quicker this happens.
My blender is 600w, and I run it for a couple of
minutes to create a warm smoothie. Be careful not to leave it running too long,
or you risk cooking the food, and blowing up your blender!
