What is the best diet for losing belly fat?

The best diet is one that you enjoy eating, and that makes you feel and look vibrant and alive. For me this is definitely a diet high in fresh raw plant foods. It is a highly effective diet to lose belly fat.

A plant-based diet is one in which most of the foods you eat come from plants, plus you don’t need to eat all of your meals raw to get great results.

No need to count calories. When you eat foods that are rich in nutrients and low in calories you naturally lose belly fat, and create a vibrant healthy body.

So what foods burn belly fat?

Nutrient rich high water content food: Lots of delicious fresh fruits and vegetables in their natural raw state, combined with smaller amounts of denser plant foods such as sprouts, seaweeds, nuts, seeds, and fatty fruits like olives and avocados. Soups, salads, and smoothies.

If you desire you can also include some cooked fish and organic grass fed meats.

Exercise to Lose Belly Fat

As well as a healthy diet it is important to exercise to lose belly fat. But exercise shouldn't be a chore. It can and should be fun with the added benefit of making you feel good.
