What is the best diet for getting rid of belly fat?

The best diet is one that you enjoy eating, and that makes you feel and look vibrant and alive. For me this is definitely the raw food diet. It is the best diet to lose belly fat.

Don't worry - you don't need to eat raw meat. This is a plant-based diet, meaning that all the foods you eat come from plants, plus you don’t need to eat all of your meals raw to get great results.

No need to count calories. When you eat foods that are rich in nutrients and low in calories you naturally lose belly fat, and create a vibrant healthy body.

So what foods do burn belly fat?

Nutrient rich high water content food - lots of delicious fresh fruits and vegetables in their natural raw state, combined with smaller amounts of denser plant foods such as sprouts, seaweeds, nuts, seeds, and fatty fruits like olives and avocados.

As well as a healthy diet it is important to exercise to lose belly fat. But exercise isn't a chore - it can be fun, and it will make you feel good.
