 How much Celery Juice to drink?

There's no one answer for everyone as we're all a bit different.

Celery juice is very alkalizing which is usually a good thing. However it is possible to become too alkaline which can make you feel spacy, cold and lethargic.

We all need to use a bit of common sense. If it makes you feel good then keep doing what you're doing, but if your feel not so good then reduce the amount your drinking.
