Here's one of my favourite smoothie recipes that uses natural fruit
sugars and healthy raw fats and organic cocoa powder to create a highly nutritious and totally delectable chocolate treat.
My Favourite Chocolate Smoothie
How To Make
- Pour the almond
milk into the blender, or add 1 heaped teaspoon of raw almond
butter and two cups of pure water.
- Peel, slice and add the banana.
- Add the soaked
dates and cocoa powder.
- Blend and taste for sweetness.
- Add more dates if required and blend until
- Serve and enjoy!
If you prefer dark chocolate, then experiment with adding more
chocolate powder to create a richer more intense chocolate experience.
Tip: Freeze any left over smoothie in ice-cube trays to satisfy future chocolate cravings.
