By juicing fruit, you are separating the sugar from the fiber, which is bad! This allows for sugar spikes in the blood. On the other hand, if you eat a piece of fruit, the fiber slows down the sugar content of the fruit & doesn't cause a sugar spike.
Many mothers are creating pre-Diabetics, by juicing fruit & giving it to their children, who will drink glasses of it, whereas they would only eat one piece of fruit!
