Hi Amanda, I have an abundance of celery, spinach, kale, beetroot all ready at once in the garden and I have to go away, can I juice and feeze everything for later use?

Freezing Beet Juice

You can juice and then freeze it. It's not quite as nutritious as fresh but it's still very good.

I DRINK BEET JUICE TO LOWER MY BLOOD PRESSURE AND IT REALLY WORKS GREAT. SO I WOULD LIKE TO FREEZE JUICE?

Does freezing raw beetroot reduce it's nutrional value?
by: Anonymous

I've searched and searched for an answer to a simple question. Is it possible to freeze raw sliced organic beets to use later in a smoothie or drink without losing nutritional value? ( I'm not asking about cooking, blanching, heating, roasting or even putting a match underneath them, just plain slice, raw organic beets in a sealed plastic bag straight into a freezer)
