Thank U for your site that I have recently dicovered.
Because I live in northern Canada I am limited to only a few months of the year to get fresh local organic products.
The rest of the year I have to rely on produce from the USA that has been picked weeks ago and often arrives in our stores in sad shape.
I am wondering if U know or if U could direct me to where I could possibly find out the nutritional value between juice from fresh local organic produce frozen versa making juice from "old" produce that I get here most of the months of the year?
