My wife and I have been juicing raw vegetables and fruit every morning for 5 years now using a Brevelle Elite. The volume of greens and fruit I would use equates to about 20 ounces of raw juice. Both of our blood work reports have improved to the point our doctors have asked what we’ve done differently to achieve such wonderful results.
Knowing that consuming the raw juice is advantageous, adding the pulp should only make it better. So we purchased a new Health Master Blender but the amount of vegetables we’ve been using makes way too much for us to drink.
My question is: How much raw vegetable juice is required on a daily basis in ounces if considering the pulp? Are we receiving the same benefits in drinking juice using fewer vegetables but adding the pulp?
