Ingredients
- 4 cups of pineapple
- Half a small beetroot
How To Make
- Cut the skin off the pineapple.
- Wash and remove the beetroot skin if it is tough.
- Slice the pineapple, and chop the beetroot to fit your juicer.
- Juice and Serve.
Lovely as is, or serve over ice.
Tip: For best results in a masticating juicer slice the pineapple into long chunky strips, and chop the beetroot up nice and small.
Pineapple Juice Recipe with Cucumber

Pineapple and Cucumber Juice
Ingredients
- 1 cup of pineapple
- ½ cucumber
How To Make
- Chop the peel off the pineapple.
- Wash the cucumber - peel if waxed.
- Slice the fruit to fit your juicer.
- Juice and enjoy.

- 2 large carrots, or equivalent.
How To Make
- Slice off a generous slice of pineapple, cut off its skin, and chop to fit your juice.
- Wash the carrots, and chop to fit your juicer.
