Diabetes type 2 is a "lifestyle" disease. Unhealthy food choices and lack of exercise have caught up with us. It's becoming more and more obvious that we are what we eat.
For those with the motivation to succeed a low glycemic raw food diet and juicing may reverse and cure many diseases including type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is often completely curable with a whole raw live food diet, and the raw food lifestyle may also benefit type 1 diabetics.

By the end of the 30 days their blood sugar has stabilized, and they are cured of diabetes. The documentary is really inspiring and positive.
While a trip to the Tree of Life Centre in Arizona is an ideal way to learn and implement this cure, the reality is that most of us folk just don't have that sort of money to spend.

Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise or sport, start gently, and have fun. We are more likely to keep exercising if we find activities that are enjoyable and we can build them into our daily routines. Yoga and t'ai chi can help balance the mind as well as the body.
